You can get a copy of your canceled check from within your eBranch Online Banking account for the past 190 days at no charge.
Select the title of your checking account from the main log on screen to retrieve all of the transactions for that account. The check number will be hyperlinked if the image is available. Click on the link and the check image will open in a separate window. If the check number is not a hyperlink, then your check cleared via electronic means or it has been older than 190 days and is no longer available through eBranch Online Banking.
If you need a check copy that is older than 190 days, you can call Member Services at 321.690.2328 or 1.800.690.2338 or come into any branch location. Refer to the fee schedule for the check copy fee.
