CCU has partnered with Fidelity Information Services (FIS), to offer the Falcon Neural Network, a fraud identification service that keeps an eye on your normal spending habits with your Visa credit card transactions to determine whether they are suspicious. When FIS detects unusual or suspicious activity, they contact you to confirm whether or not the transactions were made by you or someone trying to commit fraud. Some of these calls are made using an automated system designed to verify transactions with the card holder. If you're not available, the system will leave a message to call to verify recent card activity.
Responding quickly to these calls can prevent your card from being suspended while we're trying to make sure the transactions were yours.
FIS will never ask you for your account number or PIN (password or access code) or your entire Social Security number. You might be asked for your card number, but not the card's expiration date. You will only be asked to verify specific transactions on your account. If you ever have questions regarding the Falcon service, please contact us at 321.690.2328 or 1.800.690.2338.
