The Forgotten Password Feature (PFP) can be used in the event you do not remember your password for logging into eBranch Online Banking. The Forgotten Password Feature will require you to successfully authenticate yourself through the One-Time Passcode (OTP) method. Upon successful authentication, you will be allowed to reset your password and log on to online banking. After three failed attempts with the Forgotten Password Tool, you will need to contact Member Services at 321.690.2328 or 1.800.690.2338 to have your password reset.
