If there is more than one authorized user on an account that accesses online banking, you will have the ability to setup two phone numbers and one email address to be used to obtain the One-Time Passcode (OTP). It is important that all appropriate phone numbers and the email address are setup correctly so that authorized users can continue to access online banking.
NOTE: If there is more than one authorized user on an account that accesses online banking, and you are the authorized user that changed or updated any part of the MFA settings, it will be your responsibility to communicate these setting changes or updates to the additional authorized users.
