You will be prompted for your user id and password when logging into eBranch Online Banking or the CCU Mobile App. If your device is not already registered with MFA, you will be prompted to provide a One-Time Passcode (OTP). We recommend that you only enroll phone numbers or email addresses in OTP that are not shared with other individuals.
