Due to the constantly evolving threat towards online banking and log on credentials, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) has issued a mandate that requires financial institutions to upgrade its multi-factor authentication security process to further authenticate an online banking session. Community Credit Union was also required to implement stricter password requirements for accessing your financial information through eBranch Online Banking or the CCU Mobile App.
