You may register for eStatements from either eBranch Online Banking from logging into our website, www.CCUFlorida.org, or from the CCU Mobile app. Once logged into either platform, follow the steps below to register.
From eBranch Online Banking: Select the "Online Statements" link located within the yellow menu bar towards the top of the main logon screen. The online statement disclosure will be presented. Once you have read the disclosure and agreed to the terms, click the "Accept" button.
From CCU Mobile App: Select the "More" menu located in the lower right corner and then tap on eStatements. The online statement disclosure will be presented. Once you have read the disclosure and agreed to the terms, click the "Accept" button.
- Each month a statement will be presented to you by selecting the Online Statements link from your eBranch Online Banking account or from eStatements on the CCU Mobile App.
- A 24-month history of statements will be maintained.
- Each month a reminder e-mail will be sent to you letting you know your statement is available for viewing. Please be sure your email address is up to date, otherwise you will not receive the reminder. You can verify your email address under the Personal Information section located from the My Settings link within eBranch Online Banking or from the Settings page on the CCU Mobile App.
- *If you do not accept the online statement disclosure, you will receive a paper statement and be charged a statement fee per month. Please refer to the fee schedule for more information.
