You are the only person who can authorize payments to be issued by us against your account. Our member service representatives access your account information on a need-to-know basis, and only with your approval. Since there is not a separate log on for bill pay, anyone with your eBranch Online Banking log on information also has the ability to view your bill pay account. For this reason, we recommend keeping your sign on information secure. If you believe it has been compromised, please contact one of our member service representatives to have your eBranch Online Banking account reset.
