First, you must download our mobile app from the Apple iTunes App Store or Android Play Store by searching for “Community Credit Union of Florida”.


Once you download the mobile app, you will login with the same User ID and Password that you use for eBranch Online Banking.


You will be presented with a multi-factor authentication screen the first time you login.  This will identify your online banking credentials through a phone call, email or text to a number that you have already registered within online banking.  Once you receive your text or phone call,  you must enter the passcode based on the instructions in the message.  Once logged in, you can:

 

Access Your Accounts – you can view account balances and account history.

Pay Bills (for eligible users) – you must first register for the bill payment service.

Make Transfers – you must have more than one Community Credit Union account for this functionality to be available on the mobile app.

Mobile Deposit - deposit checks to your account by using the camera on your phone.

View eStatements - access monthly/quarterly statements

Complete Loan Payments - from external financial institution

Access CCU Credit Card Statements - you can also make payments to this credit card from an outside financial institution

Apply for a loan or a new deposit account

View FICO score - updated on quarterly basis

Find an ATM/Branch – you can use the mobile app to locate the ATM or branch nearest your location.

Contact Us – you can contact us quickly right from the mobile app.
