You will be able to maintain your One-Time Passcode phone numbers and email address under the My Settings link within eBranch Online Banking. Scroll down to the Security Options section, to view or edit the phone numbers and email address on file. You can also enable a phone number to receive text messages from this location.
NOTE: If there is more than one authorized user on an account that accesses online banking, and you are the authorized user that changed or updated the OTP settings, it will be your responsibility to communicate any new OTP settings to the additional authorized users.
