You will have the ability to setup two (2) phone numbers to receive either a voice recorded message or text message and one (1) email address to obtain the One-Time Passcode.

When using OTP, you will be able to select the phone number or email address where you want to receive the OTP from the phone numbers and email addresses you originally setup.

To activate a mobile device to receive the OTP via a text message, once you have logged on to eBranch Online Banking and select the My Settings link. Under the Login & Security section you will select the Enable for text link. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the request.

To update your OTP contact information, once you have logged on to eBranch Online Banking and select the My Settings link. Under the Login & Security section you will select the Update link to change your security contact information. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the request.
